"What a delightful experience it was to stay at Instow Barton B&B and be hosted by Colin & Caroline. Happy, bubbly and a very friendly reception on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of there way to make us feel welcome in there home. Very generous size bedroom, large barthoom and cake was in our room everyday! Breakfast menu was extensive and varied. Quality of food was of a 5 Star standard and presented in a timely and professional manner. I’d go as far as to say that we were being hosted by a couple that were Customer focused and there main aim was to ensure that we received the very best service that was on offer.
