"Beautiful historic hotel in the thick of the most visited area in Innsbruck. The staff bends over backward to be helpful, and the rooms and the hallways on each floor are different. Comfortable bedding, great on-site restaurant, although many other restaurants are in the area. We had a lovely view out our window looking toward the Alps. We would love to return and stay at this hotel again."

"Loved the location of this hotel. Easy walk from train station and located in the main square so you can walk to everything. We made sure to choose a panoramic room and had a gorgeous view of the mountains. Great bar and staff very helpful. Would recommend to friends."

"The hotel stay was very pleasant. Our room had an absolutely stunning view of the mountains. The room was spacious, romantic and gorgeous with big wide windows. They have a roof bar/restaurant on site with great views as well. The sauna to reset/relax is another great addition to enjoy during the stay. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly. "Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints. "
