"Property is clean. Room clean, Room had missing ac vent piece. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean but need to be replaced (worn). Bathroom was good with non slip tub. Staff was very helpful, even reassigned me a room so i could see my vehicle from the window. Definitely will stay again if in wentzville Missouri!"

"The home is very nice and welcoming. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better place. We feel this is the best lake at Innsbrook. The view is relaxing and the dock and beach front is just what we wanted. The owners were very responsive and informative. We will definitely be back!"

"Great place for an overnight stay or longer. Front desk was very welcoming (welcome gift was a nice surprise).
Plenty of room, shower was well maintained (clean & no rust spots). Air Conditioning was great (needed in July). TV was perfect size for both beds to see. Parking was spacious. About 5 minutes off the interstate but worth the time."

"Our family of six loved our stay at the Lakefront Innsbrook Chalet!Sarah was a fantastic hostess and was great at communicating from booking to goodbye. The chalet is tucked in the back of Innsbrook which provided a welcoming and quiet escape. The lake provided great fishing and a chance for the kids to get out on the water using the variety of water toys available on site. We loved the fire pit, used the grill nightly and appreciated that the drive to the pool/rec courts was quick and easy and gave us a chance to explore. Access and proximity to the back resort gate made access to the chalet so easy and was a welcomed surprise!Sarah’s chalet will be on our short list of places to stay at Innsbrook and is well worth checking out!"
