Family Modern walkout Basement w/Sauna Indoor Fireplace Wifi

Our Modern high ceiling walkout basement unit promises a comfortable stay for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation. Beautiful backyard oasis, just 45 minutes away from GTA. Separate entrance with total privacy and no shared space. Pool table and a Sauna are also available. There is one on-site parking.
Lake Simcoe, Innisfil sandy beach, Outlet Mall / Local Casino/ Winery and Friday Harbor is just within 10min drive, and all the conveniences you need are nearby.

Space offers a perfect place to huddle up while watching a movie or playing board games with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped to offer everything you need for your comfortable stay. The walkout basement unit has 1 bedroom with queen bed and another queen bed in the living space with a blind drape for seperation and one full bathroom.
The unit offers multiple areas to gather including an outdoor interlock patio/dining area to relaxing with your loved ones.

Guests will have access to one driveway parking spot during their stay. In addition, they will have full access to our private backyard oasis, which includes a gazebo and BBQ. Sauna - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local beaches and Lake Simcoe

Short drive to lake Simcoe, Snow Valley Ski Resort (30Min), Horseshoe Resort (30Min),Cookstown Outlet Mall, Friday Harbor and many more attractions. This is the perfect space to enjoy what Simcoe county has to offer in th ite summer and winter with your loved ones.
• Quite hours between 9 pm & 8 am
• No shoes in the house
• Early check in or late check out can be arranged when available based on availability.
• Thank you for your thoughtfulness and consideration in leaving the house (inside and out) clean and tidy. For guest use, space has a broom, dustpan, dish soap and vacuum
• No loud music or parties or events at anytime
• No Fireworks are allowed in the property at all times. Its against the township by-law.
• Please do not put anything into the toilets but into the trash cans provided in the washrooms for paper towels, Kleenex, tampons, pads, flushable wipes, hair etc
• Please clean and empty fridge, microwave, and Oven.

Spacious Modern

Good space, extras like sauna, pool table, heated bathroom floor, modern appliances and well equipped. A couple of issues, the outside stairs, the rise between steps is way to high and no hand rail and second issue is the shower, tub is tall, you cannot turn water on before getting in and tub very slippery. Nice unit but would recommend it for younger person without mobile issues .Large subdivision but very quiet.
