"We absolutely loved the location and the apartment. I will say that I wished it had a few more kitchen items including some more utensils, pots and pans and dishes as we like to cook some of the time we are out of town. Overall, can not complain. Would love to stay again!"

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"Everything in advertisement was on point. Susie and her husband checked in on us each time they saw us, ensured our stay was going great, and were willing to answer any questions. Even made sure one evening we were able to enjoy camp fire and smores down by river. Will book next time back in area. Location was great for Tyron. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Rutherfordton. The place is a downstairs area with a beautiful backyard to look out on. The only thing we disliked was the absence of a sink other than in the bathroom. Nice place."

"Place was clean, decorated beautifully and heat response from management. It was a short trip to downtown as well. Nice that it was gated community. Added leek we were able to being out dog. Highly recommend especially based on appearance, location and price."

"This property is in an excellent location with walking to restaurants and downtown. The property was clean but very dated. Historic in this case means OLD. Old furniture, doors that don’t close properly, kitchen that is not set up for cooking, lumpy bed and generally old stuff. It resembles my grandma’s house in the 1960’s."
