"We were in town for a wedding and the place held our family and friends with great location and easy access to all. The place has tons of room and tons of bathrooms which helps when you need everyone ready for a wedding. The location was so wonderful and within 15 mins to any attractions Perfect table to feed a lot of people and great for games Hope it available next time "

"Quite disappointing. The dog friendly and affordability was what drew us in. Pictures are much nicer than when we arrived. Dark overall in unit. I understand off season. Porch and chairs were very dirty upon arrival. WiFi was un usable the entire 5 days, now after reading reviews this has been an issue for some time. Finally fixed as we were leaving. Kitchen Sink was leaking very badly. No dishwasher, which is fine, but also no drying rack for handwashing dishes! That’s much needed! I can say however that the property manager was helpful and the issues were addressed quickly. Just seemed like many of them, for a “newly” renovated place. Location is convenient to beach, they is the most positive thing. Pretty loud when someone is staying above the unit. Overall, unfortunately would not recommend, nor would we choose to stay at this location again"

"This condo was an older unit with older furniture, frayed carpets, smelled like pets. We could not access the building because we were given the wrong access code to get inside. Check out was super early at 10am, but someone was pounding on the door at 10:01am. I also had a package delivered (specified to the door) but was delivered to the locked mailbox which we never received. I tried contacting the owner through the portal as well as the maintenance man said he contacted them but no repose, so no package by the time we left. Highly recommend another unit here. Windows also need to be cleaned in order to see the ocean view from the side."

"Upon arriving at the property, the lobby was closed. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to arrive and assist me. The photos of the rooms shown on the app are completely different from reality, and the room itself was in a filthy condition; the bed—including the sheets and blanket—had clearly already been used by someone else, yet they rented the room to us in that state. I consider this a sign of disrespect, as what is displayed on the app does not correspond to the actual room. I spent about 20 minutes in the room; the odor was overpowering, and—naturally—I was not going to sleep in a bed that had been used by other people. When I returned to the lobby to file a complaint, there was no one there, and I demand a refund of my money. Thank you."

"This is an amazing condo! We have been staying there for the past 4 years, and every time it has been awesome. Stephanie is so easy to work with, and she responds so quickly to any questions. Already looking forward to next year. "

"I would definitely put up blinds or curtains on all windows. Mattress in 2nd floor King Room should definitely be replaced. The size and space was perfect for our family. Love the dining table area and the extra space for serving food. The property is not handicapped accessible however we did manage to make it work for 1st floor for one of our guests. Loved the extra refrigerator. Overall it worked for our family and was cost effective. "
