"I feel as if I got jerked just so they could make money…..I had a disabled person with wheelchair and I expressed that numerous times, I was told it was first second and third floor yes, but never was mentioned about the steps to get inside the property so my disabled person couldn’t get upstairs and no it wasn’t clean my grandkids socks were dirty the first night little stuff on floors showers not cleaned and there covers look brown I think it was poor quality for what was paid"

"Loved our time at the cottage. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were even able to cook our Easter dinner in the cottage. Our pets were happy in the fully fenced backyard. Figuring out which parking spots was a little tricky as labels were hard to see at first. We did have two small issues with a slow drain and lightbulb going out and our host was able to resolve those for us right away. I loved the less than 10 Minute walk to the beach and the closest intersection with the main road has a traffic light which is so convenient. We loved our trip and even extended twice from our original plans. 9 days was not long enough!! "

Some communication issues were had regarding pools being open (tower one closed), wrist band instructions inaccurate (need them always, not just summer months), parking lot code delayed. The room was very nice and had comfortable furniture The bathroom had a funky sewer smell always. ??"

"My family of 5 and our dog had an awesome stay! My 3 teenagers had a blast and all have thanked us several times for taking them on the best spring break trip ever! The home is adorable, awesome view of the beach . My husband and I started every morning with coffee on the deck.It feels much more homey than the surrounding high rise condos. As described it is right on the beach, so easy to just go back home from the beach to grab food, make a bathroom stop etc. The home is spacious enough for 5 or even six. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and are decorated beautifully with beach decor.We enjoyed the master bedroom with deck access and its own bathroom. Our dog loved the home as well. We had two dinners at home. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/ pans etc. The check in process was very easy! The host, Peter, is great with making contact beforehand. My two oldest are twins who heading off to college soon and it’s the last time we’ll all have the same spring break. We decided on this trip last minute and I’m so glad we did! Highly recommend!!!"
