"Lovely traditional old pub, lovely dinner and breakfast. Rooms were furnished to a high quality, bathroom a little small. Nice touch with coffee with a cafetiere and teas and biscuits. Plenty of hanging space and plug sockets. Surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful, the waterfalls and great walks all around..cannot recommend enough."

"Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great advice and what to see and do locally. Perfect location by the motorway but beautiful scenery next to the lake and hills. Room & building was a little tired but perfectly fine for a dog friendly stay."
