"My birthday weekend was wonderful at the Hyatt! Customer service was outstanding thanks to Vanetta (Vanessa) one of the supervisor for the front desk and Amari. They went over and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but the best. They also gave me a special birthday bag filled with goodies. A wonderful staff and the deserve the recognition. "After having a terrible experience at an unrelated hotel the night before, we were warmly welcomed by Patrick upon arrival. He was pleasant and quickly got us checked in and directed us to our room. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and was very quiet. We slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot with a selection of waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. There was also a cold selection. The only minor negative about our stay was the low water pressure in the shower, however, this would not deter us from staying here in the future. Overall, our stay was great!"

"1960s styling of the hotel is great, the staff are friendly and professional, and the location on the lakeshore by the nature reserve is fantastic. The swimming pool was being refurbished, but other than that it was the perfect stay. "
