"The home and the property exceeded our expectations. The house was large and very pretty on the exterior and interior. The location, which was a short three minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk into the center of Ribadesella was a very welcomed surprise. I would like to thank the property managers, Teresa and Consuela, for being very helpful and welcoming. Our stay was a truly beautiful and wonderful experience.for all my family."

"This amazing property in the Picos foothills was ideal for our motorcycling group of friends. There are great views from the patio with an excellent outdoor BBQ facility (with supplied wood) and benches which we made use of 3 times. The property garage has been turned into a games room with (free) Pool, Bar football, Table tennis and darts, there are also other games supplied in the Large comfortable Lounge. "Pas cher mais entretien et insonorisation médiocre ( le bruit de la cascade est gênant quand on n a pas l habitude pour nous qui habitons à la campagne sans aucun bruit...) et le simple vitrage ne sert à rien. Pas d accueil physique tout se passe à distance. Il n y avait pas d allumettes on a dû attendre plus d 1h pour en avoir vu qu il n y a aucun commerce autour.
