Tiny Cottage, Big Dreams! *Hot Tub* Downtown Indy!

Newly renovated Cozy Cottage in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. We just added the deck and hot tub, it is available year round. : ) Quiet and secluded, located in a rapidly transitioning neighborhood with rich history. Our Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of highly acclaimed restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and distillery. Situated just two blocks from the Monon Trail offering walking and biking access to more restaurants and shopping on Indy`s famous Mass Avenue.

We just finished a complete rehab on our Cottage and we are excited for you to enjoy it as much as we do! You will feel right at home in the open concept floor plan with high ceilings. It`s a tiny but mighty home that is packed full of charm! During your stay, participate in #porching, one of Indy`s favorite pastimes, on your own private front porch. We are located directly across from the highly acclaimed Oaks Academy Middle School. There is free street parking available but keep in mind that the school dismissal is at 4:00. The pickup line gets pretty busy between 3:30 and 4:00. The Interstate is nearby, which means that at times you can hear it. It`s slightly noticeable but not an annoyance. The street the cottage sits on, however, is delightfully quiet, aside from weekdays during school dismissal time. NOTE-there is a lot of development going on in the neighborhood. Lot`s of new homes and condos being built all around the Cottage. Just wanted to make sure you know.

If our schedule allows, we do offer an optional early check in for $25 per hour for up to 2 hours.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home! Parking is on the street in front of the house. We do have a camper that we park out back. It`s on the road a lot but sometimes we host travelers in the backyard. It`s in a different fenced in area from the cottage so you do have complete privacy.

My office is right down the street from the Cottage, if you need anything I am always close! I am here for you during your stay, the amount of interaction is totally up to you. I’m always a phone call away.

Our Cottage is located in the up and coming Monon16 Neighborhood. There has been significant revitalization going on the past few years and we are so happy to be part of that process. We are within walking distance of Provider, one of Indy`s most popular coffee shops. Festiva Mexican Restaurant and Greeks Pizza are at the end of our block. If you love high end Mexican food and excellent pizza, you are in luck! Both, along with Provider, have a great selection of local craft beer. If you feel like a 10 minute walk, you can visit Cannonball Brewery, which features delicious food along with great craft beer. Right next door is the West Fork Whiskey Company, if that is your preference. They are .5 miles from the Cottage.

Our Cottage is very close to everything that Downtown Indy has to offer! Grab an Uber or hop on a bike from the Bike Share Program and explore the city. The Monon Trail and the Cultural Trail are nearby and they are a great way to get to bars, restaurants, shopping, the Zoo and Indy`s beautiful Canal Walk.
