Nice property, but …

Very comfortable and convenient property and we enjoyed our stay, but we experienced a few inconveniences. *No parking was available when we arrived. We dropped our luggage off and went to dinner. When we returned there was one space, thank goodness. Since we had two spaces allocated to our condo it would have been aggravating if we had had two cars. *We were never able to get the TV to work, even after speaking to customer service representatives. Instructions need to be provided in the information binder. *No directions or map provided in the information binder with the location of the hot tub. *No seating available on the deck. *The day we left we couldn’t lock the condo, so we alerted customer service.

Condo in a good location but lacked amenities and wasn't clean

This condo is ok but lacked amenities and needed some help. The sheets were dirty (stained, dirt and hair). The patio light didn't work and it was empty (no chairs or table). The door code expired during the first day of our visit. We had to wait outside of the apartment for more than 30 minutes. Customer service told us to wait for a property manager to call us. The property manager never called us, so they finally gave us access to a key for the apartment that was in a lock box (they should have given us this right away so we didn't have to stand outside out door for so long). The following day, the key would not work. I just kept spinning. I called customer service again and they had no suggestion other than to wait and a property manager would call us. They never called again. A neighbor approached us and gave us the property managers number. We called him and he gave us the new door code so we could enter. He told us the door code might expire before we leave but it should last the trip. He said the codes are only programmed to last so many entries. Why not program them for the entire trip? The trash was completely full and the condo could use some cleaning. The shower heads could also use replacements. The family room was fine and comfortable, and they had a dining room table to sit at.
