Well-maintained and spotlessly clean, this charming house is nestled in nature, with a tranquil creek meandering right behind the deck.
Small, quiet community.
Convenient parking-two reserved parking spaces in front of the house.
The location is ideal for exploring famous Lake Tahoe attractions. The house is close to the best Tahoe beaches and ski resorts, restaurants, and shops.

Our family-friendly, two-story townhome accommodates up to six guests.
There are high speed wireless Internet, Smart TV, DVDs, board games, X-Box 360, books, and toys.

While there's no air conditioning, the cabin stays comfortable with provided window & floor fans.

A heated communal swimming pool is available during summer time, usually from mid June through mid September.

Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited.

NO smoking and NO pets allowed.

HOUSE LAYOUT
UPSTAIRS:

MASTER BEDROOM: a king sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, a TV, and XBox 360

BEDROOM # 2: a queen bed

BEDROOM # 3: a twin-over-full bunk bed

Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a full bathroom (tub/shower combination)

All the beds have memory foam mattresses, quality pillows, light blankets, and warm comforters for your restful sleep.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The spacious LIVING ROOM has two sofas, a 55” TV with Netflix streaming via smart TV, and a Blu-ray DVD player.
The gas fireplace with a thermostat for additional temperature control.
There are also a dining table and a computer desk.

The adjacent KITCHEN is fully equipped. We provide basic cooking supplies, condiments, and spices.

HALF BATHROOM on the first floor with a washer/dryer and laundry supplies.

The deck overlooks a beautiful forest landscape, complete with a serene, year-round creek flowing nearby. We invite you to sit there and relax, sipping your favorite drink and listening to the nature. Up for BBQ? There are a Weber gas grill, a table, chairs, and an umbrella for you. Charcoal grills are prohibited.

If you travel with small children, we have the stairway gates, a portable playard with a removable infant bassinet, and high & booster chairs. There are also plastic plates, cups, and utensils. Lots of toys, board games, and books for our little guests.

This property was THE perfect Lake Tahoe getaway. Comfortable, cozy and truly perfect. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! Absolutely amazing!! Olga was the perfect host. I will definitely be back.

Was very family friendly with kids toys, the kids room, and the layout of the home. The amenities were well thought out, and it was really nice that there were some condiments in the kitchen for our use (sometimes it really is the little things) The home was clean and our toddler loved being on the back deck getting to see and hear the creek.

This Cabin was great for our needs. As a family of 5 with 3 small children it was great to have all the rooms on one level and a wide open living area downstairs. The cabin is clean, the owners have it organized very well and provide plenty of information to make your stay as easy as possible. We will be staying here again.

We were very impressed by both the comfort and cleanliness of Olga's cabin. Their pride and attention to detail for the cabin were readily apparent and we really wanted for nothing during our stay. We will definitely be renting this cabin again in the future.

The hosts were extremely helpful with communication. The place was great for a family, and had safety gates on the stairway which were perfect for us traveling with our toddler grandson. They easily accommodated us arriving a couple hours before check-in time, since the place was already cleaned and ready, which was much appreciated. Great location, beautiful sound of the stream in the backyard. Would definitely book here again!
