2 Bedroom, 4 Beds. Maximum Occupancy: 6 Persons of Any Age
Parking: 2 Spaces. No Street Parking Allowed. WSTR21-0328 TLT: W4535

This is a well-decorated condominium located just a few blocks from the Hyatt Regency Casino. The master bedroom is extra large and contains three beds. This is a perfect location in the summer to be able to walk to the different hiking trails and many restaurants. We have many properties in this complex, so it's great for reunions or large groups. Complex pool and hot tub are available.

Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.

The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

The unit is old and dated but I have stayed in that complex before and knew what to expect. We did have some minor issues that we addressed with the property manager who was excellent and handled all requests immediately; They were absolutely terrific.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this Forest Pines property for two weeks while my husband underwent some medical testing. We loved the location of the property - close to everything we needed. The management company Vacation Station was also excellent - very helpful and accommodating when we need to make some changes to our travel time frame due to Covid. The unit itself was nice, but definitely could use some updating - both in the carpeting and the furnishings. It was a comfortable place to stay, and it met our needs, but I probably wouldn't stay in that exact unit again until it was updated.

Our only complaint would be the living room sofa that looked good but the springs actually seem to be broken down. Hard to get up once we sat down. The Barbeque was also in bad shape and we couldn’t use it.

Cozy, clean, centrally located, close to beaches!

We were a group of 5 (H and W, son and his 2 friends) - perfect size for this cozy, homey condo. It's clean, with good, comfortable beds and pillows. However, it's summertime in Tahoe and it gets hot in the upstairs bedroom - no AC? House also does not have wifi. We have a jet ski and parking inside the condominium complex is not allowed. Despite these, good value overall and we all enjoyed our stay.
