Stadthaus im Zentrum von Inca

Pros: Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, ab nachmittags auch sonnig. Man kann vom Standort des Hauses die Stadt Inca perfekt zu Fuß erkunden. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und das Haus war bei Ankunft gut gereinigt worden. Cons: Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind teilweise sehr beschränkt, das alte Haus könnte zudem mal wieder renoviert werden (auf den Fotos sieht der Zustand des Hauses besser aus als er ist). Der Pool ist von der Größe eher eine bessere Badewanne und eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Aber für Mallorca hat das Haus dennoch ein relativ gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
