"Beautiful view of Sapporo from the floor to ceiling window wall in our room. Comfortable couch by the window perfect for enjoying the scenery. Beds were Western height and comfortable. Room is only cleaned every other day but they left fresh towels in a bag on our door handle. Only a short and level walk from the north exit of the train station. There is a small 7-11 actually inside the lobby for snack emergencies. Superior hotel. "

"The hotel’s location is unbeatable - just steps from Odori Park, the metro, and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped for short stays. The dryer was a bit tricky and malfunctioned during my visit, but the senior front desk staff handled it promptly and efficiently. Overall, an excellent stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo"
