"Excellent in so many way but.... Room design was a fail. The bed was quite high and on a built in frame instead off a boxspring that was too big for the mattress, So there was a ledge between me and the floor when getting up. Hardly any clothing storage space, but an awful lot of hooks. Worst was the seating if you want to work. The desk chair had no padding at all, and few adjustments - grossly uncomfortable, and the built in sofa was nice, but the table was too big to be either a coffee table or a work space. Great included breakfast setup though, and terrific, warm and helpful staff. "

"The hotel is great. Clean, friendly staff. The only thing is the big rain shower heads in the shower, they’re too big and there isn’t enough water pressure for such a big rainfall shower head. The shower would have been better with a smaller shower head. You’re pretty much forced to stand right up against the wall. "

"Hotel was nice. Good pool for kids and having breakfast included was handy. Area didn’t seem that great. We had to uber to get to nice cafes and shops. High homeless population around."

"Great location with reasonable rates, with a location on the edge of Chinatown and easily accessible to Old Montreal. Staff was very pleasant. The Continental breakfast has a consistent variety of food. Loved having hard boiled eggs! Rooms were pointed daily, clean, and could easily adjust temperature separately in both the bathroom and sleeping area."

"Construction across the small street made it for very loud mornings, smell of sewer was very strong - communicated with front desk but received no update. Was not told about the breakfast hours. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby area, the location was close to amenities (was walking distance) "
