"Breakfast very good, items replenished when asked. Bar meals, small choice but very good. Unfortunately the coffee served at the bar was not, flat white cold and weak, black Americano hot but very weak & watery. However, coffee & hot chocolate from machine at breakfast was excellent! Staff friendly & reception very welcoming. Did not eat in restaurant as menu not to all of out tastes. Towels in room large & soft, bed comfy. Grounds beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating too. "

"Very convenient location, close to Watford junction train station. Rooms clean and comfortable.Staff excellent, even checked us in 40 minutes early. Breakfast very good, buffet style.So you can help yourself to as much or as little as you want."

"Absolutely fabulous we stayed in a family room (5 of us) absolutely every we needed in the room kitchen with everything in it. Could not complain about anything the kids had a wonderful stay not far from city centre on top of everything. "
