"My flight landed late at night and a hotel representative said the lobby was manned 24/7. I was grateful to arrive just after midnight and be called by my name and quickly checked-in and sent to my room. It's an older hotel but clean and sufficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is GREAT to explore the Old Town area of Bologna (easy 15-ish minute walk) and about a 5 minute walk to the train station. "
