welcome. The staff are truly wonderful and make you feel at home. Our room was second floor with a hot tub on the balcony. Clean and spacious. The pool area is perfect and the bar staff are amazing. The great thing about this hotel. It’s not to big, so personal service really is key. The knowledge of the staff is great too. Free daily shuttle to Oia is a HUGE bonus on Santorini. "
