"Great location, gorgeous decor, lovely apartments - the little pool and communal area beside it is very cute and very well presented with an egg chair. There's board game etc. A gem of a place in faro. Free on street parking around so that's also convenient with the ability to off load luggage right outside before finding a parking spot. Beware - please don't eat at the restaurant (Adega nova) a few doors down that hotel reception recommend for Portuguese food - it's the worst meal we had in Portugal with the worst service - they couldn't be bothered to help with the menu despite standing around doing nothing - one said they didn't know the menu and couldn't help! The grilled sea food had no flavour was raw or burnt in sections and didn't even come with a slice of lemon to make it palatable. The squid was rubbery. We couldn't eat it. Complete waste of money."

"Great stay in a perfect location I had a great stay at Daz House Faro in a double room with a private external bathroom. The location was fantastic and made it really easy to get around Faro. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. I also really enjoyed having a balcony. Although it didn’t get much sun, it was still a lovely spot to sit and relax. The private external bathroom was a good size, and as I knew about the arrangement when booking, it wasn’t an issue at all. Check-in was very straightforward. All the information I needed was provided before arrival, and accessing the keys was easy. I also liked the little communal area and the outdoor decking, which were nice additions to the property. A couple of small suggestions that could make the stay even better would be to make the clothes storage unit a little more sturdy and secure, and perhaps have a small mini fridge in each room so guests can keep drinks cold. The only minor thing worth mentioning was that I noticed a couple of ants on the bedroom floor and also some on the balcony. This didn’t cause any concern and I simply cleared them away, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. I’d be happy to stay here again."
