"Friendly and helpful staff!"

"The rooms were large and comfortable, a separate comfortable sitting area, able to close off the room from the beds. We liked it's location, it's more central, at least for our needs, closer to UWO and downtown. The hotel offers a free breakfast, standard food but it is still a nice to have. The also have a 12:00 checkout which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I have to mention one individual Ryan, he is what customer service is all about and he ensured that we...

"Sucked that you need to pay for parking"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very welcoming. I will definitely go back there"

"Second time staying here and we’re very happy with the hotel for the layout of its 2 bedroom suite and the price. Free breakfast and early check in were nice extras!"

"It is a good place to stay when wanting to be close to the London Health Center."

"Très belle chambre belle.piscine tres propre poir le prix"

"A wonderfully charming historic inn with beautiful architecture and plenty of character. We particularly loved the stunning dining rooms, with their original fireplaces and woodwork throughout. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and our server was exceptionally charming and pleasant, making the experience even more enjoyable. A lovely property that beautifully preserves its historic character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The staff were amazing… that’s what’s floating this place but a hotel can’t live on great staff alone. Small details like, shower curtain needed replacing or a deep cleaning. Our door didn’t shut properly (and thus lock) unless you gave it a couple good pushes (then double check it worked). The floors where loud - you could hear people above and it was clear they where not in shoes, plus the halls where loud too, like the impact on the subfloor under the carpet. Fabulous location and a kind,...

"The place is very stuff is friendly and helpful but keep in mind the water slides only operate on Friday and Saturday or holidays We stayed over on Sunday thinking it’s a weekend but the water slide was closed ."

"The location is great if you want to enjoy everything at 100 Kellogg. Went to the Beer Kitchen for live music and drinks this time, then went for drinks in the Speakeasy. It was a good night. Room was awesome, last time I was on the first floor, this time on the third. 3rd was better laid out. I love the heated floors in the bathroom, but wish there was a fridge to put snacks and drinks. Breakfast at the restaurant was so good."

"I liked the restaurant on site. I stayed 2 nights and I will never stay there again. We were on the 2nd floor and every night there was children yelling and screaming until 12 am. The second night I called the front desk to complain and it did quiet down for about 10 minutes but started again. The kids were running the halls nocking on doors. I really do not know what the parents were doing but controlling their children wasn’t happening. There must of been at least 50 kids all on my floor. I...

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and absolutely delicious! Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely, and the location is fantastic, close to all major amenities. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel!"
