Find Hotel with a Concierge in Ikoyi

"Clean facility, hospitality is top notch, accessibility is great due to its location. Safe environment. My aunty lost her phone at the lobby came back after 8hours and she was able to recover her phone without any scratches or tempering. Also concierge services is great. I had dispatchers deliver packages for me at the hotel while I was away and the concierge was able to collect my packages and confirm delivery with video calls. The staffs go extra miles for their guest, I had to deliver a package to mainland but since I was not familiar with the area a staff helped deliver the package which was astonishing because no other hotels that I have been to had staff that were this committed. Cleaning staff were great as my room is always clean, I had personal belongings all around the room and I did not lose a single item. The cleaning staff pays attention to details and toward the end of my 10 day stay at the hotel, the staff were addressing me with my first name. I will definitely come back to this hotel. One not so great thing is that while my room was very big, the room looks a tad old. The window needs to be polished to allow better view of the city. FYI my room was on the 17th floor "

"Wonderful! This hotel was our home away from home. Everyone in the staff made us feel like we were family. When we would leave, someone was always at the door to greet us when we got back. You usually don't get that kind of attention from staff. Food was delish! My first taste of Nigeria, and they did not disappoint. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, which made it super easy to stock up on snacks and water, whatever really. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and safe. We walked around the neighborhood almost daily, which made me love Nigeria more. My partner was able to show me some of his amazing culture without all the chaos of somewhere like the Continental. We stayed at three different hotels while I was in Nigeria, and Parkview Astoria was by far the best! I would recommend this hotel if you want to get a taste of culture without the fear of the busy streets. "
