"It lived up to its billing as a hotel of character. For starters a heavy old fashioned room key and plenty of character in the rooms. Room was comfortable albeit a bit on the warm side. Excellent cooked buffet breakfast and also just a 5 minutes walk from the main station. All in all good value for the price"

Rooms are rather basic (no kettle/tissues) but there was a lovely cafe right next door inside a supermarket. Overall we enjoyed our stay here - it was very clean and quiet at night time."
