"The room was generally clean but needed hoovering in the corners. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast area was superb and staff were professional and caring. The roof to was stunning. The aircon was noisy. Overall a lovely hotel and I will easily return to."

"Great location! 5 minute walk from the train station. Close to the main attractions with excellent transport links. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very well organised with excellent selection. Gluten free options were provided when requested. Would definitely stay again. Very impressed with Innsbruck. Hotel provided us with a free welcome card that provided numerous discounts and free local transport."

"A fantastic hotel for our stop over in Innsbruck. Friendly, welcoming staff and great facilities. My husband went down to get bigger water glasses for the water in the room and the staff member gave him a whole carafe of ice cold water as well. Great service. Perfect location to be out of the busy area but only a short walk into the centre. Such an amazing room, with a huge balcony. We would 100% recommend a stay here."
