I stayed after getting off a cruise and was allowed access to my room at 10am, this was really appreciated. Would definitely return to the hotel. For meals you are told where to sit, rather than choosing for yourself. (I felt like a school child, after queuing to get in the dining hall) And a member of senior staff, very rude, for a chair that was not allocated to a table that we wanted to sit on. Very bizarre, on every meal. The food was very good. 3. The other staff including reception, were great. "

My apartment had everything I needed and the receptionists were very helpful. Two things to consider: There's no air conditioning which wasn't too big an issue in December but may be over the summer. In addition, there's not much in the way of soundproofing between apartments which meant I was woken up at 7am each morning by the people...
