We had a quick stay. Room was clean and comfortable. I would like to see a better coffee setup but hit Pure Bean and got my fix. Front Desk folks were super kind and helpful - both on the phone pre-arrival and at checkout.
Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was older, but clean. Great location! Walkable to everything! Felt like a Hallmark movie. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful property. Friendly and professional staff. Nice location, just off the center of town, nestled near a beautiful creek with trail. Room needs a little TLC, but cozy. Walls were thin, noisy neighbors first night. Short walking distance to shopping and restaurants and nearby trails.
The room was very clean. It was an old cabin so expected to have some minor cracks and screws loose, but it gave it a mountain charm that’s hard to find. Shower, bathroom, bed were all clean and it was perfect for a good night sleep.Although, nothing the hotel could do but the wind was really strong and wild the night we stayed so suggest getting earplugs and an eye mask cause the wind was loud and the sensor light outside the door kept getting triggered by the wind. My one suggestion would to be to take out the sensor light by the door and replace it was a regular light so it doesn’t flash everytime it’s triggered by motion.
Room was clean, very cabin feel and super roomy. Their main heater was broken and had two temp heaters in room. One was on and was told room was heated but when we walked in it was still chilly. Turned on second one and took a while to heat up but eventually was cozy.Bathroom thankfully had its own heater. This place was walkable to the village, nice size fridge and microwave. Very quiet. Even with the heater hiccup, would definitely stay again. I guess it’s part of mountain experience.
