This lovely modified A-Frame home is filled with natural light, featuring tall ceilings, windows, and brand-new wood flooring throughout. The layout is very functional, with 2 large bedrooms upstairs, each with sliding doors to a spacious deck offering views of Lily Rock. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area create the perfect space for family and entertaining. The large en suite bedroom features stunning views, a spacious bathroom with large windows, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. The centerpiece of the home, a free-standing wood stove, provides ample heat, complemented by additional forced heat with a smart thermostat. Downstairs, there's a large family room/den with a built-in bar. An air mattress with an electric pump is available to accommodate an additional 2 guests, allowing a total of 6 guests. Parking is ample with a paved driveway and additional circle drive. Both upstairs bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds. Showers are hot, and despite its newness, the house exudes a rustic, A-frame cabin charm. Deer often visit the bird feeder out back, while birds enjoy peanuts from the front porch banister when offered.

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts, except Netflix, which is provided for guest use.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: There is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces) if available. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
