"Loved the hotel, which is located downtown on a red-brick street. We upgraded to a premier king room. It was spacious, as was the bathroom. The outdoor space was fun with lots of native landscaping, tons of seating, games, and a nice pool. The Midnight Spirit restaurant, which is next door to the hotel, is also nice. "

"Great hotel. The check in was a bit confused as the clerk wrote the wrong room number on the key folder. After hauling all my stuff up to the fourth floor and finding that the key didn’t work I discovered that I had to go back down to the check in desk and start all over. The room was nice and I had a great notes rest"

"This is a great property. The hotel staff was the friendliest from the front desk staff (day & night shift, the cleaning services folks, and the lady that assisted at the breakfast counter. Everyone greeted us with smiles and waves. Making sure we were totally taken care of and even being proactive. We had never stayed at nor heard of this chain but we will be looking for it from now on. The rooms are spacious and relaxing with a couch, ottoman, desk space and nice chair, plenty of drawers and cabinet, nice size refrigerator, nice dishes, nice shower and bath area was well lit. The bedding was so comfortable I thought I was in a grand resort or a suite on a cruise! We loved the fact it is pet friendly. Saw several pets on our visit, all behaving well, and checking us humans out. It felt like home! The lobby was decorated with fun art and colors. The room colors were relaxing and not in your face. We all voted to give this hotel five stars. We will definitely be staying at this chain in the future, no doubt! "
