"I don’t normally stay in lower budget hotels. I was in Lubbock to attend a graduation. The cost of hotels, in Lubbock, were incredibly inflated. I stayed here because it was reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again. Room was clean and the carpet seemed to be new. There was not any noise whatsoever and I got 2 nights of rest."

"something was going on in Lubbock this week and there was no rooms. I had to reserve here..and when arrived she could not find me and said they now had no rooms. after 20 min they finally found reservation. The hotel was clean I guess for the type of hotel it was. but can use touch ups. I cancelled my reservation after one day and went to where I normally stay .. they refunded my money . but I was charged 149.00 dollars for one night due to the price hikes from that week.. and the rate stated...

"The front desk staff was so welcoming & helpful. They had the office smelling so nice & it was decorated so cute for Christmas. The room was spacious, smelled good & was clean. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table, two couch seats & the two beds. The parking lot is pretty small & if you’re on the side by Marsha Sharp freeway there isn’t parking by your room. You have to park in the middle section & walk around the building to get to your room. The walls are kind of thin so...

"We were in town for a Graduation and this house was perfect! Our family of 10 had so much fun hanging out in the beautiful pool and playing old school arcade games! We had a few questions and Eric answered them quickly. Clean and Comfy house to stay in!"

"we stayed in the home instead of getting a hotel for a meeting we had. we were able to visit with family that lives in the area, watch a little tv and have a nice place for my husband and yorkie to hang out while we went to training! we will certainly use this home again! And the owner was very sweet and accommodating :)"
