The property is off the beaten track just outside the lovely town of Evergreen and it is very tranquil and relaxing. Linda was a lovely host and gave us some great information about the area. "The property was clean. It is in a safe neighborhood with a walking path nearby. The upstairs noise was loud enough to wake us each morning in the 5am hour. There were adequate bathroom towels & washcloths. There were not enough extra blankets. It was hard to comfortably watch the tv in the living room with our larger party. The kitchen was pretty bare bones--no mixing bowls, measuring cups, food storage options (plastic wrap, foil, baggies, storage containers with lids, jars, etc), no dish...

"Every thing was great local people were great a few issues were addressed immediately the only complaint was after arriving at the property at 10 pm I had to walk over 1 mile to get the key if the keys could have been left at front desk then everything would have been fantastic"

"Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway. Overall great choice."

"My mom, my kids, and I stayed here because my son was in a soccer tournament over Memorial Day weekend. The beds were comfy, check-in was a breeze, and the listing was just as described. It was perfect for what we wanted and needed. The only issue we encountered was that someone was yelling and being highly obnoxious right outside our window around 3am on our last night there. Even with that slight annoyance, I would definitely stay here again. A side note, the coffee pot needs basket filters...

"This is not a vrbo. No private entry, oven, living room, cooking spices. Bare kitchen tools. Only one chair for the table. Two people can not eat at the table. Bad lighting. Broken safety latch on the door. No "owner". Maybe extended living but not at all what I expect from vrbo."
