"This single wide trailer is ok. It's a bit run down and smelled like cigarettes. Planks on the porch are rotting. Was missing items in the kitchen. It is rustic and close to Golden and Boulder so that was nice. I didn't receive my damage deposit back, yet and the ad said I would within 7 days. "

"This rental is in the most amazing location! We celebrated my son’s graduation and had a vacation of a lifetime. We hiked St. Mary’s, white water rafted, went up Mt. Evans and spent time in Idaho Springs. The only thing that could have been better was that we didn’t know as renters we couldn’t go out on the lake with the paddle boat and canoes. Otherwise the rental was beautiful, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked almost all our meals there."
