"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."

"We stayed here about 5 years ago - its a small boutique hotel on the seafront, adults-only. However on this visit there were people from other hotels using the facilities which meant sometimes the food ran out. The food was never the best, but to run out completely is not good. There was also a question as to whether the drinks behind the bar were watered down. If I went again I think I would go B & B as lots of places nearby to eat and drink which are very cheap. The rooms were nice...
