The staff were all amazing. Reception were always there to help and the lady was very smiley which is very beautiful. The bedding and towels changed most days and room cleaned I have a beautiful stay, most people there were Turkish. But as an English person I felt very comfortable in the hotel. 10/10 for me. Stayed here years ago and it was a great experience. This time, we were disappointed because bathroom was not clean, pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. Not a notable improvement in the rooms. However, this hotel is in the perfect location of Marmaris. You can’t beat that convenience. Also, front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I called her a couple times prior to our stay and she blocked the perfect rooms for us with the right bedding configuration. Elevator is a plus as well as a variety of breakfast items and finally, A/C and wifi worked great which is something I have to have anywhere I stay. Overall, we would stay here again in the future but I would demand better cleaning and better pillows at least.

Had lovely spacious room with a wrap around balcony , amazing view of the bay of Marmaris Staff were so helpful and easy to talk to, breakfast was plentiful. This hotel is centrally placed , two minutes walk from the beach and Blue Port Centre

A nice hotel, a few maintenance issues highlighted and need addrsding but staff were excellent in resolving, nice pool area but in the shade during afternoons, in general room including a good choice of breakfast choices was excellent value.

Best location, 3 mns walking distance to Marmaris beach. Shops, Restaurant's, cafe, Shopping mall & Bars Surrounding area. Rooms, bathroom enough space & also clean. No wifi in room only lobby area. This hotel is right in the centre and great for access to restaurants pubs and a stone throw from the beach. I had stayed on the 3rd floor with a wrap round balcony and the view was stunning on one side was the beach and the sea and the other was the busy street with all the shops that opened until late into the evening. The room had a king size bed and a single bed both were brand new you could smell the newness in the room. These beds were as comfortable we had a great sleep with no complaints and to wake with these beautiful views was a bonus. The staff were very helpful especially Phyllis’s on the front reception desk could not do enough to help with any problems and questions. The breakfast wasn’t to out taste but the boiled eggs were good with fresh bread. The pool area needs some direction sighing and maybe a bit off a makeover but other than that we had a great stay in this hotel.

worst hotel the toilet button was broken 3 days in a row, the 1 first day they put cotton wool and they said it was done, the rooms were not clean and had my ring stolen and do nothing about it , got no compensation but had to pay 700 lira to be there after the clock 16, the food was the worst and was not clean pool, we didn't swim at all, bad services in the hotel and a very arrogant manager who doesn't help, will never recommend this hotel
