"Considering that Luton is not the place it used to be, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean & modern the hotel was. Our 2 night stay was great, however I do think coffee should be a free perk whenever you stay in any hotel anywhere. They did have coffee up in the room, but the coffee downstairs in the communal breakfast area was only available with the purchase of breakfast; this should have been available for free. Otherwise, it was a great choice of hotel, close walking distance to everything Luton has to offer, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Room was basic, quick check-in and good for 1 night. It’s across a shopping mall with many eateries and the bus station to the airport was quick to find. Would recommend if you need a quick stay before or after a flight from Luton airport."

"This hotel is an excellent choice for families. The rooms are spacious, the staff consistently polite, and the food quality is outstanding. The leisure facilities — including the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — are well maintained and very enjoyable. As a family travelling with an autistic 9‑year‑old, we found the environment exceptionally calming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were extremely understanding, thoughtfully seating us in a quiet area to ensure a comfortable experience. We had a genuinely positive stay and would happily return."
