Private Cottage! Easy Walk Through The Park To Encinitas And Moonlight Beach.

"This was one of the best short-term rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We were there for a month and hated to leave. Tom is a superb host not intrusive but quick to respond to any sort of questions or problems. The walk to the beach is very easy and Tom has a excellent equipment to carry chairs and everything else. We went almost every day except to occasionally go to other San Diego attractions, which are easy to access via the train. The landscaping is excellent and obviously cost a lot of money. He also has a yoga studio, which we used occasionally for exercising. The bed is very comfortable, the full-size washer and dryer is excellent, supplies galore. We love the outdoor shower. Walk to an excellent grocery store, lazy acres. Of course you can also walk to town for dinner or lunch."

"Our large, multigenerational family loved the house .it has lots of roomfor all,many bathrooms, 2 kitchens eating areas and family rooms.Its an easy walk to the beach and an easy rinse off at homeIts an easy walk to Ecinitas and Leucadia restaurants.Rebecca and her husband are wonderful hosts and quickly answer questions or provide whatever you need.We would definitely stay again"

"This is a beautiful property located nice and close to Moonlight Beach. There were 10 family members there, 5 adults, 5 children for a semi-annual family reunion. The house was large enough, well furnished, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there!"

"Our family of 7 had a great vacation at this cliffside home. The house is wonderfully located for a private restful visit while close to beach, restaurants (get the Cardiff Crack) and shops so driving was minimal. The closest beach is accessed by steep stairs but easier to access beaches are close by. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to eat and cook if you choose. We and our 2 dogs spent most of our home time on the fabulous deck watching surfers, dolphins, swimmers and the waves. The owner is very responsive and informative."
