"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Cute boutique hotel. Clawfoot bathtub/shower combo not ideal. Restaurant staff not overly friendly (especially during breakfast service). Came back late afternoon and house keeping was still servicing our room (no problem) so we went down to the restaurant to enjoy a glass of wine while we waited. We were told we could not sit at a table for just wine and would each have to order a meal (we had already eaten lunch, and were only there due to room still being serviced)"
