"Pros - location, communication with property manager Cons - bathroom needs to be replaced - tile missing from next to the shower with hole through to adjoining cupboard, bath feels unsafe when stood in it, bath strip hanging off. Bath was unclean with hairs and tidemark. Lisa arranged for cleaner to come that evening which was greatly appreciated, but there was no way that the property had been deep cleaned before our arrival: sticky marks on bedside table, dirty oven door and hob, crumbs in...
