"The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again."

"Emplacement au top dans le vieux centre historique..facile pour visiter à pieds..hotel très propre et personnel très accueillant, parlant bien anglais. Ils nous ont aidé dans nos réservations de taxis et déplacements. Chambre 601 avec balcon au calme, petit déjeuner buffet à volonté. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, compte tenu du grand nombre d hôtels dans le quartier historique."

"The Solaria hotel is perfectly situated to explore Hanoi. The rooms were great, the hotel was clean and well presented and happy hour in the roof top bar to watch the sunset over the city was a welcome plus! The best thing about the Solaria hotel however was the staff! From the moment we checked in every single member of the staff was happy, helpful and friendly. From providing recommendations around Hanoi to ensuring we got to our transfers everyone was happy to assist. Daria was especially helpful and went over and above to help us after our check out: giving us recommendations for our next city, ensuring we could still use the facilities and providing us with treats for our overnight train. I would definitely recommend staying here!"
