"Lovely hotel and very helpful staff .We were put in a lovely room on the quiet side, it was a very large room but a wall at the window which made me feel slightly claustrophobic, we were moved to a room above the bar which was lovely light and airy and the noise from the bar and beer garden wasn't a problem, it was actually nice to hear some atmosphere from Outside and was quiet by 11.30 .Had the best night's sleep in the massive bed and the fan provided really helped .We did not experience any food from the bar or the restaurant but both were absolutely stunning venues. The outside bar garden is beautiful and plenty of seats with a lovely atmosphere flowing through from the bar ,not loud or louty clients just people enjoying a nice quiet drink .I'd definitely recommend this hotel ,very easy for town and the train station."
