"I liked how quiet it was and had a great night sleep bed very comfortable "

"Great for a quick trip from London to Hartlepool. Bed was comfy. Loo was a little noisy but l sleep with ear buds and eye patch. Green safety light for others could be an issue above the door but not for myself. Ill stay again Ta ":))"

"We stayed in room 3 and the decor is beautiful, the bed really comfortable , i would say medium /firm. Ensuite fully equipped with toiletries , towels etc. They have put in alot of care so that your needs are met. Cleanliness is excellent. I would stay again if i needed to stop over in darlington. There was no breakfast included, however there are lots of places close buy to get breakfast."

When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. Additionally, the room wasn't clean, and the towels provided were dirty, so I had to get my own. The heating wasn't functioning, and it was uncomfortably cold. "Well equipped kitchen with microwave 2 ring stove top, fridge and even a dishwasher. Good continental breakfast though plenty of carbs and no protein "
