Excellent stay all around!

Really nice stay here. Top floors have balconies and I really enjoyed the view from up top. Quality rooms with fans and AC and an excellent, simple breakfast. Staff was really helpful with everything and made me feel like I was at home.

Very comfortable place to stay, excellent restaurant too. My room was superb… spacious, nicely laid out, great bed. Upon returning to the hotel after a full day, found they had brought up a very tasty cheese and snacks board. Spa and exercise room is first rate too.

We loved this hotel. The pool was amazing!!! Alejo was the best always helpful! We loved him!! Also the two best employees in the front Augustina and Sergio Alvarenga went above and beyond to help us. We would come back just to see these three. They were the best!

Although we only stayed for one night, this quiet and modern place left a lasting impression on us. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality was absolutely amazing. I love that the offer an express breakfast if you’re not there for the real thing. It’s excellent when you’re up early for a flight. I would definitely stay here again.

It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. Our pre cruise, four-night stay at the Casa Bevant (CB) was truly memorable. The hotel is very centrally located. Turn right upon exiting the hotel and the Recoleta Cemetery, the Recoleta Urban Mall and a host of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and even bars are within a 5-minute walk along a lovely tree lined street. Turn left and there are more coffee bars, bakeries, a major supermarket and if you need it even a place to have your suitcase repaired (we needed that). The hotel itself is well...

All arrangements prior to arrival were schedule with the hotel and all done accordingly. Staff at the hotel were eager to assist, friendly and helpful at all times. Well kept facilities and our suite was great. The area had a good variety of restaurants, wine tasting classes, boutique stores,etc.

Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. Very good

On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.

Stayed at this hotel for one night as couple. Central location in Palermo Soho, nice lounge area where you can hang out (even after check out!) Delicious breakfast choice, and one can order hot dishes for free (scrambled eggs or omelets) one block away from two supermarkets (Carrefour and Dia Supermercado). SUPER friendly stuff!
