"The location first of all is excellent. I have been staying @ this hotel since it was Best Western. Its clean, employees are friendly. On arriving Denise got us checked in with a warm , friendly greetings and processed to give us valuable info for our stay. We are locals from PCB celebrating my daughter graduating from high school and it was memorable. "

"Property was nice. Beach access was across the street but a great beach. There was a very basic outdoor pool at the hotel along with hot tub which was great. We enjoyed the 2 free drinks each night, the free snacks each night, the great breakfast each morning and the restaurant food was good. Megan (manager) was fantastic and very friendly and helpful as was Donna. Pimlada was a great bartender as was Amelia, but she is no longer going to be there as she was leaving the area with her family. DJ was also very friendly and gave great service at front desk. Hotel very convenient to restaurants, grocery store, shopping outlets, etc. My only complaints are the elevators were not all in service, it was very humid in the hotel, although ac in room was fine. No lactose free milk options at breakfast but i found out (with Donna's help) that omlets were made with a non-dairy butter/oil so i could eat them. We wished there was music at the pool. Overall we loved this place and would definitely return."

"Our stay was Amazing!! The staff is Great and ver friendly!! Hotel was clean!! The hotel is near Miramar Beach, The Outlets and Destin Commons. The only thing we did not like was breakfast. However, McDonald’s is right across the street and Crackerbarrel is within 2 minutes. "
