"Had a great stay here. Owners very friendly and spoke English.The water pressure in shower was amazing.15 minute walk into centre. Uber eats delivered to us without any problem. Merida people very friendly and go out of their way to help! "

"Nisiquiera pudimos hospedarnos, el día de llegada (a las 5 pm) mande mensaje para que me compartieran la ubicación exacta y la respuesta fue que ya no había reservacion por que habían tenido un inconveniente con los inquilinos anteriores y la habitación quedo en mal estado por lo que no podíamos habitarla, cosa que hasta cierto punto se comprende; sin embargo lo que molesto es que si ellos sabían desde antes del inconveniente, por que no se nos notifico con anticipación para nosotros poder...

"It was extremely clean , plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Wi-Fi was excellent. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the showers,which is hard to find in Mexico. The hosts were wonderful! So accommodating. I am looking forward to returning next year . One of the most relaxing vacations ♥️"

"We had a very enjoyable time staying at Lemeau’s stunning colonial house in central Merida. Lush palms, beautiful tiles, Warm and cozy couches, chairs, beds, morning coffee on a roof-top terrace, spending time chillin and enjoying bebidas in a spacious pool area, great location, close to the restaurants of Calle 47, Parque Santa Lucia, a great artisanal bakery called Soco Merida etc. The best thing about staying at Lemeau’s place is Lemeau herself. She is an excellent host and was very attentive...

"We picked a perfect week to visit as a storm was coming in as we left. The upstairs apartment is just perfect with a front (Beach side) porch and a back (private pool side) porch. Ute is a wonderful host and provides a fully stocked kitchen, drinking water, soaps & shampoos, linens & towels. As I sit here, back in the states (NC) huddled under some quilts to keep warm, I’m missing that warm ocean breeze, tropical temps and blue Gulf of Mexico water. Till next time.."

"Our stay was good there was a few items that needed attention the owner was quick to respond and resolved our issues. Pool was very good the toilet was very slow flushing and no hot water in kitchen had to boil water for dishes."

"Workers there most of our time there. Pool was not a pool but a tank basically. Bottom was dirty snd needed cleaning. Hard to use it when workers were right there. Bathroom light never worked. I guess minimal is s good description. Owner was nice and helpful upon original meeting. Did address tv issue quickly. "

"The property, pool, beach are all as pictured. Modern home right on the beach. We enjoyed the pool after our beach walks. Netflix and internet always worked, property manager, Gregorio, was great. The town is further than it appears, you are “out there”, but that is the point. Mother Nature rules the roost, flamingo tour and mangroves of Sisal are amazing. We should all respect the nature and old ways of life in this fishing village without impacting the locals negatively. Palapa Soco- yumm!"
