"I do not like the resort fees when you aren't utilizing the space as a resort. I did not use the pool or spa. The room entertainment, DirectTV was horrible. Cheaper hotels have smart tvs where you can get Netflix. The HBO channel showed one thing in the Guide and when the movie played it was something totally different, one movie was in a foreign language, no captions. "The property was easy to find as it sits on Pacific Coast Hwy. I was disappointed you couldn’t see the water from the hotel but it was an easy drive to Huntington Beach. The room was small but clean. There was a hairdryer but no iron or iron board. It’s worth noting that stairs were required to reach the rooms with no other way to get to them. Also, there was a wonderful little restaurant called Taco Surf within walking distance that had wonderful food and great service. All in all it was a good...

"Both my wife and I enjoyed our short 1 night stay at this hotel. We always enjoy taking advantage of breakfast at the hotel. Other reviews talk about noisy heater or air conditioners, however ours was fine and I always have some earplugs just in case. The shower was a little disappointing due to starts hot and gets cold in a short time. We were on the 3rd floor. The staff was courteous- front desk, dining room, and the housekeepers. Will recommend. "
