"The only reason we didn’t score excellent was a half hour wait for cooked breakfast on Tuesday and a mix up about us checking out earlier than our booking, which was confusing. The staff at reception and serving breakfast and dinner were great. Thank you. "

"Room and bathroom beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were amazing. All staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Great base to explore the area. It was unfortunate while we were there that the lift was out of order, making it difficult for my elderly disabled mother to get to and from our first floor room. Access to a lounge or somewhere to sit in the evenings would have made it perfect."
