NEW Modern Ocean Front Villa on Private Island

"My family rented Shadow Sands for a week and my wife's sister and Family rented Island Breeze just one house down. We had a wonderful week with children and grandchildren. The rooms were excellent and the pool deck and entertainment area were great. We utilized a chef for the combined houses each day which worked out wonderfully. The pre trip planning is made extremely easy with our own concierge (Heidy was awesome) and the portal is very efficient. I don't think it is possible to rent a vacation home where the logistics are easier."

"Ray Caye is the ultimate one-stop-shop for an incredible experience in the cayes of Belize. Beautiful, clean, amazing staff and food. You literally don’t have to leave the island to do anything you want to do but if you do, Silk Caye diving is 5 minutes away. Amazing place."

"Santosha was a smaller property with a big personality. It was the perfect stay for my family and I. It was cozy yet exquisite and modern at the same time. My favorite part of this villa is the Chef’s kitchen. We all sat together while Chef Arana cooked our meals. It was the most interactive and fun parts of our stay. There’s a lovely beach, pool, cornhole, and paddle boards! We even got to do some morning yoga. I really recommend this Villa for quieter family stays or even a cute girls trip!"

"The house was incredible, and perfect for four couples to enjoy! The pools were perfect, and the dock was a great place to watch for wildlife. We absolutely loved it and would book again. The best part was the staff - they were friendly and helpful, and took such great care of us. The chef-prepared meals were delicious, and we enjoyed every bite. Thank you for such a wonderful experience in Placencia!"

"My husband and I visited in January 2026 and had the most AMAZING and memorable honeymoon. The staff was wonderful and so helpful from the time we booked until the day we left. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The people who picked us up from the airport (our flight got in a couple of hours early) came within 10 minutes to pick us up early after we called and they offered us a local beer (or water). We were welcomed at the property with a glass of champagne and warm smiles. Every excursion we requested was booked for us and confirmed the day before so we knew where to go and when we would be picked up. They offered recommendations any time we asked and even helped to rent us a golf cart for a day. Oh and they got us VIP service when we went to The Yatch Club for drinks and appetizers our last night. Every night we were greeted with a special note. The spa upstairs and restaurant as well as the poolside bar were all incredible. The property was clean and well kept. They had a water dispenser with filtered water. I loved the soap, shampoo and conditioner. The rooms were beautiful with amazing views of the sea. The location couldn’t have been better. We could walk to everything. The Ellysian really made a long lasting impression on us and we will be forever grateful for all they did to make our honeymoon unforgettable. Thank you to each and every one of you for going above and beyond. Mark and Sandy"

"We really loved the Pointe House. Gorgeous flowers everywhere. Gracious host Rosa. But for us in the 70 lane, the furnishings were not very comfortable for our aging bodies. I also would have appreciated a small welcome basket offering bottled water, some fresh fruit and a couple muffins or pastries just to see us thru to the next morning, as we had a late arrival and had no idea there was nothing in the room or nearby."
