Hosting a day bed that pulls out to convert to a double bed, this bedroom is served by an en suite bathroom providing bath with shower over. An inviting dual aspect open-plan living environment environment is located on the first floor. A comfortable L-shaped sofa is appointed in front of a large bay window in the sitting room creating an ideal spot to curl up with a book. The well-equipped kitchen provides modern appliances and ample worktop space for rustling up delicious feasts made from the areas delicious local produce. With seating for five people available in the dining area, guests can gather together to plan to day ahead over a morning coffee, or share food and conversation long into the evening. Upstairs on the second floor, two further bedrooms are located. The master bedroom hosts a grand double bed, with bunk beds offered in bedroom three. All beds have been dressed in fine white linens to evoke a deep and restorative sleep.

Although Pebblesden does not feature its own garden, there is a delightful open garden in the adjoining square, as well as a grassland with seating running along the entire sea front that boasts impressive panoramic views all the way across The Wash to Skegness. On-site private parking is available for one car, with further parking freely available on the nearby roads, even in high season.
