"We were attending a function at the hotel so stayed overnight. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean with good shower facility. Great value for money."

"Excellent check in. Very friendly staff. Extremely dog friendly. Room was spacious. All the fire doors in the corridors were a bit difficult to manage, but otherwise good. Food and drink was excellent and bar staff great. Excellent location being in the middle of the high street and the canal very close by for walking. Outdoor areas of the hotel were rather scruffy / dirty. Not a particularly nice area to sit close to the car park."

"What a quirky hotel on the edge of old Oxford. Easy walking to all that Oxford has to offer and copious restaurants and cafes on your doorstep but that said, the hotel does have a very nice restaurant downstairs so I'd definitely give that a try. Tip - pre-book your parking."
