If you fancy learning more about the local area, the Vale and Downland Museum (9 miles) is a great place to discover the history and heritage of the surrounding towns and countryside. For a memorable day out, head to Highclere Castle (20 miles), instantly recognisable as the filming location for the beloved TV series Downton Abbey.


    Inside, the heart of the home is the farmhouse kitchen and dining area, where cooking together becomes part of the occasion. The main living space is designed for spending time together, with plenty of comfortable seating, a wood burner for cosy evenings during the colder months, and a Smart TV for film nights. Sleeping arrangements include four doubles, plus a family room with a double bed, single bed and an additional stacking single available on request.
